Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will not be charged anything however i will require you to put a card on file if you decide to rebook. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a 30% fee after your first offense. Any no-call-no-shows will be charged 30% of what their appointment would have costed, no exceptions.
i have a 15 minute grace period, if you do not show up 15 minutes after the time of your appointment it will be canceled and you may be charged with the 30% cancellation fee.
